What we collect

When you book a repair, place an order, send a trade-in request or a message, we store your name, mobile number, email address (if given), details about your device, repair or order, and anything you write in the message field.

Why we use it

We use the information to carry out the booking or order, contact you when your phone or order is ready, provide warranty, and meet Swedish bookkeeping requirements. The legal basis is performance of the contract with you and legal obligation.

We don't send newsletters or marketing unless you ask for it, and we never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Bookings and orders are kept while the warranty applies and then as long as the Swedish Bookkeeping Act requires (seven years for payment records). Messages and trade-in requests are deleted when the matter is closed, at the latest after twelve months.

Who can access it

Your information is handled by us in the shop. We use suppliers to host the website and to send email and SMS; they process the data only on our behalf and under agreement.

Cookies and browser storage

The website uses no tracking or marketing cookies. Your cart is stored locally in your browser so it survives a page reload. Signing in to the shop's admin panel uses a strictly necessary cookie.

Your rights
